Sang Hyun the manager

Supervising the football match at the National Stadium!

There was some ambiguity with the translation of this word 監督in the original post as it could be coach, supervisor or manager so I’ll go with the above term.  Thanks to the info from Shan, Susu, JV and those at the venue who shared some of the photos of the event on twitter.
A charity football match between the Korean soccer team FC Men lead by Junsu and the Japanese team FC Geinin was held at the Tokyo National Stadium on the evening of 28th April.  This event was held to promote the economic revival of last year’s earthquake affected region of eastern Japan.
Final score FC Men won 5:4.

Doesn’t Sang Hyun look so much like Oska in that suit and shades?

Well, I’ve never thought that I would watch a footbal match in these pages, but I like it! 😀 I am from a great footbal fan family. My cousin played as a forward in the first class of the hungarian National Championship. I like footbal so much, I am a big fan of FTC, FC Barcelona and Liverpool. I often hear about the FC Men as I like KHJ and JYJ, too. I’m very happy that they won! Of course, the result was not too important now, but if even this was only a charity footbal match which is very nice of both of the teams, I have to admit, every player wants to win! Otherwise, this goal was fantastic, as the forward pocketed the goalkeeper! That was perfect!!!
I just wonder why Sang-Hyeon was there, as according to his book he is talentless in footbal. 🙂 Otherwise, it was good to see him in such a field I like so much. Hopely, even if he doesn’t like to play footbal, but like to watch it.
By the way, I wonder why he is in Japan??? I’m sure not for this footbal match. Is there any special program or event in Japan? I’m jealous for the japanese fans as he often appears in Japan! 😦

Yes I remember SH saying he’s not great at football in Smiles. This being a charity event, his participation with the team would surely have a positive effect and perhaps he does love to watch football. We too would have loved to be there if we could. The Japanese fans are so lucky.

He’s the most charming team manager I’ve ever seen, haha !
He’s assigned a special duty-bound position if it’s ever met its kind
for a charity & friendly match in history.

No doubt, it’s an honorable status.
Yoon’s competent enou to stand on his dignity.
In every sense of the word, his appointment to act for the post is
justified while his capacity & popularity in Japan are identified with
    a significant credibility.

He doesnt kick the ball, instead of playing the role as a coach or
    manager, I think he’s more of a superintendent, haha ! ( translated
    directly fr 监督 )
A final victory further tops up his imperative role.

I think SH was channeling the Oska vibe here during the opening ceremony heehee now that SG is airing in Japan (doing very well in the ratings game I hope) ^^
