Happy Mid-Autumnn Festival to Julee, Sang Hyun and all his fans. Hope SH could have a day’s off tomorrow so that he could play lantern with his little girl. Ha ha, I do not know if Korean will play lantern at Mid-Autumn Festival like the Chinese!

Thanks ladies. I think for the Koreans, Chuseok is more about spending time with family and ancestral worship, They do not eat moon cakes or play with lanterns though they have their traditional food and games.

I remember vaguely the story about hiding secret messages in moon cakes to get people to gather on a particular day to overthrow the rulers. And the legend of Chang’e who became immortal after drinking an elixir and she then flew up to the moon. Haha.

Hopefully, they spent the feast very well! 😊
