Finally we can listen to the 2 tracks in full. I had checked out MNET but had not managed to purchase it online. Great that they had decided to publicly release it. A voice that moves me ……

    Thanks to Julie for the song and the lyrics, it is a good song with touching words. SH will have another special fan meeting at Shinjuku on October 5 (besides May 21 at Tokyo) to release his new songs, would it be this single album?       Hi Henrietta,

      I did see this notice about the special fan meeting at MGB Japan. There is not much detail at the moment but I expect it’s either an autograph signing session or a fan meeting sponsored by LUNAS. Thanks for the clip link. SH was just saying that he would meet everyone on 5th Oct at Lunas Center (I think) in Shinjuku, until then hope everyone will stay happy and healthy. He also mentioned about his instagram updates, would like everyone to check them out.

      I’m sure there will be more updates and details on this Oct fan meeting later.

      Thanks so much Lichy, will try to get it from this site. Though the songs are on YouTube, hope more fans can support SH’s first domestic digital single and help to push up its position in the music charts. With good ranking, hopefully SH will release more new songs in future. 🙂

      Probably SH did not have much time to rehearse on the song as he was busy with drama filming. Love the song, his voice is heart tugging for me as always.

    Thanks Julie and Lichi for the information. I managed to purchase the songs from iTunes, it only cost HK$12 for two songs. As Julie said, this is SH’s first domestic digital single, hope everybody could support. Dear Julie please kindly help to translate the second song into English as well if you are convenient.       Hi Henrietta,
      I’m working on the translation of the 2nd track, it gives me the feeling that this too is very personal to SH. In fact I believe both songs are and they share a connection. A dream that seems to be fading away but regaining a sense of purpose, thankful that someone has stood by him.

      Earlier I had thought I would not be able to purchase from iTunes as I do not have an iPhone to download or play the music. But a family member told me that I can just download iTunes into my PC and play the music under iTunes. I will try to use her iTunes account to do the purchase, hope she can remember her account details. If not, I will register for one. Thank you dear Henrietta and Lichy for supporting SH’s digital single. All of us can be a small part of that someone in both songs 🙂

    I have to admit when I heard the song for the first time, the tune of the first one (You within me) catched me immediately. After listening to it two times, I could sing it very well. So, this is a hit type wich goes into our ears if we wants or not! 😀 The lyrics is nice and touching. SH’s wife is good in songwriting!
    The second song (Song for you) is a little bit different. It’s much harder to remark it! And it’s different not just in tunes, but in lyrics, too from the first song. I feel this song is a little bit pessimistic or sad for me. Of course, I am not so good translator as Julee, so, perhaps, I am not right! I don’t know why but I feel the tune and lyrics is separated from each other! Now I am waiting for you, Julee, if you thinks another way or not!

    Otherwise, I am very happy that SH was able to get closer to his dream, as if it’s true that he has more songs… I am waiting to listen to them with pleasure! 😀 It’s great that he has taken the first step! Keep it up! Fighting! 😀

      ‘You Within Me’ fills my heart when I listen to it and this is the kind of song which I like best from SH. It’s heart tugging and my favorite from this single. ‘Song For You’ is more about giving words of encouragement. It’s not as easy to translate as certain words can have different meaning which I’m trying to figure out.
